Singapore TOMY acts as the Group’s Asia-Pacific Headquarters, managing overall regional operations and global business expansion across Asia-Pacific, alongside cross-border capital arrangement and international tax compliance management.

TOMY Japan functions as the Group’s Asia-Pacific Technology & Quality Center. It assembles a professional technical team dedicated to the display industry, formulating unified global product specifications and quality standards. Focusing on technical research, process guidance and comprehensive quality control, TOMY Japan independently manages local market development and customer business throughout Japan, providing full technical support and quality assurance for all projects.

Suzhou TOMY serves as the Group’s East China business operation platform, focusing on regional business cooperation and order implementation, serving the Group’s long-term strategic partners.

The Group’s production system consists of two core manufacturing units: the Taiwan Production Base and the Guangdong Production Base. The Group also maintains a reserved intelligent manufacturing workshop in Suzhou for subsequent R&D investment and medium-to-long-term capacity upgrading reserves.

At present, the Group’s mass production and delivery are mainly supported by the two core production bases in Taiwan and Guangdong, with production resources flexibly deployed in other regions according to project requirements.
